In addition, although we do our best to return a quote to you within the hour, large translation projects sometimes require more time to determine the correct word count and price, so please bear this in mind. In particular, scanned documents, PDF files, and XML or Open Office files always take some time, as we take the number of repetitions into consideration when determining the price. In such cases, you will receive a message informing you that we are working on your request.
